Farmington Baseball got out to a four-run lead in the fourth inning and held on for a 4-3 victory over Apple Valley on Tuesday.

Apple Valley scored three runs in the fifth inning, but Farmington still managed to pull out the victory. Apple Valley scored its runs on a single by Behling.

Hunter Frost was credited with the victory for the Tigers. The fireballer lasted four and two-thirds innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out six. Tyler Borlik threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Borlik recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Farmington.

Jackson was on the pitcher's mound for Apple Valley. The pitcher lasted four innings, allowing four hits and four runs while striking out seven. #3 threw two innings in relief.

Kyle Hrncir, Mason Conrad, Dom Vogel, and Drew Conrad each collected one hit to lead Farmington.

Kline went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Apple Valley in hits. Apple Valley was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Kline had the most chances in the field with ten.
