Tony Parast is entering his 1st season as the head coach of the Girls Swim and Dive team at Farmington HS
Tony has been a head and assistant swim coach Lifetime Fitness (Lakeville, MN and Warrenville, IL), as well as the lead assistant coach at Northfield Swim Club. He as been coaching youth swimming since 2013.
Tony graduated from Nequa Valley High School ('07), where he was a varsity letterer in both cross country and track & field. He attended and graduated from Western Illinois University (bachelors - '11), North Central College (masters in leadership - '16), and Dakota County Technical College (associates - '18).
