Farmington, Minn. -- For the first time in recent memory, the Farmington Tigers Girls Tennis program accomplished two major goals - earn a high enough seed to host a first-round playoff match, and, win said playoff match to advance to the section quarterfinals.
The Tigers, the Section 1AA #7 seed, hosted #10 Winona on Tuesday, October 3 at Farmington High School.
