This April, prepare yourself for a musical of Biblical proportions. Literally. That's because the FHS Theater program has announced the 2023-2024 Spring Musical will be "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." 

This Broadway classic combines theatrical drama and comedy to the tell the story of Joseph and his coat of many colors. The magical musical is full of catchy songs in a variety of styles, from a parody of French ballads ("Those Canaan Days"), to country-western ("One More Angel in Heaven") and calypso ("Benjamin Calypso"), along with the unforgettable classics "Any Dream Will Do" and "Close Every Door." Joseph is performed hundreds of times a year by schools across the U.S. and around the world.

The show boasts a large cast, crew, and orchestra of high school students, and will also feature a children's chorus consisting of local 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. Audition information will be shared with interested students in December.
The visually stunning production - directed by Bradley Mariska - will feature colorful costumes, sets, and lights, and is appropriate for theater fans of all ages.
