In an exciting boys' soccer matchup, the Farmington Tigers secured a hard-fought victory over the Burnsville Blaze, prevailing 2-1.
Ivan Ruiz ignited the scoreboard with a precision strike, assisted by
Stanley Ooga. Burnsville countered, leveling the game with a goal of their own.
However, it was
Kyle Medina who emerged as the hero for Farmington, netting a late-game goal, brilliantly set up by
Ivan Ruiz. With this win, Farmington advances to a stellar 5-1-1 record, maintaining their commanding position atop the South Suburban Conference standings.
