Apple Valley took an early lead in the first inning with Ryan Christiansen's double bringing in one run. Christiansen extended their team's lead with a single in the third inning.
However, Farmington fought back, with
Dillon Carlson's sacrifice fly tying the game in the sixth inning.
The Tigers broke the deadlock in the seventh inning when
Kelin Rasmussen's sacrifice fly and
Marshall Gordon's fielder's choice brought in two runs, securing the win.
Brodie Gibart claimed the win for the Tigers with a strong pitching performance, while
Ethan Bombardier started the game effectively.
Apple Valley's Brandon Gentz started strong but couldn't hold off Farmington's offense.
Tanner Rezny led Farmington with a 3-for-4 performance at the plate, supported by multiple hits from
