NEW PRAGUE, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers fell to the New Prague Trojans 4-2 on Tuesday, September 3, at Trojan Stadium. The loss drops the Tigers to 0-4 on the season.

New Prague came out strong, with Shea Dickerson scoring three unanswered goals in the first half to put the Trojans firmly in control. The Tigers struggled to find their rhythm early on and trailed 3-0 at halftime.
The second half saw a spark from Farmington, as Andrew Kaliev, wearing #27, found the back of the net at 30:16, narrowing the deficit to two goals. Mua Okongo set up the goal with a well-placed pass that gave Kaliev a clear shot at goal, which he delivered with precision, placing it just over the New Prague keeper's left shoulder. However, New Prague quickly regained momentum, extending their lead to 4-1 with 11:18 remaining in the match on a long, lobbing shot from the football 25-yard line that sailed over the extended Farmington goalkeeper.
Farmington continued to battle back, and Jose Ruiz added a late goal with 7:05 left in the game, capitalizing on an unassisted effort to close the gap to 4-2. Despite the late surge, the Tigers were unable to mount a full comeback, and the match ended with a two-goal deficit.

Andrew Kaliev (#27) provided a spark for the Tigers, scoring Farmington's first goal of the match at 30:16 with a well-placed shot over the keeper's left shoulder, thanks to an assist from Mua Okongo.
Mua Okongo was pivotal in setting up the Tigers' first goal, delivering a precise pass that allowed Kaliev to find the net and cut into New Prague's lead.
Jose Ruiz kept Farmington's hopes alive late in the match, scoring an unassisted goal with 7:05 left on the clock, showcasing determination and skill to bring the Tigers within two.
