MENDOTA HEIGHTS, Minn. -- After a week off for winter break, the Farmington Dance Team returned to competition with renewed energy and focus at the Two Rivers Invitational at Henry Sibley High School. The Tigers delivered standout performances across all divisions, earning impressive placements in both jazz and kick routines.
The team's hard work paid off with the following results:
- B-Squad Jazz: 4th place
- JV Jazz: 3rd place
- JV Kick: 2nd place
- Varsity Jazz: 2nd place
- Varsity Kick: 2nd place
Senior captain
Catherine Whipple reflected on the team's progress, saying, "The recent changes we've made to our routines have definitely made us stronger competitors, and we're excited to see where they lead us for this last half of our season!"
Coaches were thrilled with the team's performances and the momentum they're building as they head into the second half of the season.

The Tigers' next invitational is January 11th at Simley High School, with the competition set to begin at 9:30 AM and awards scheduled for 2:30 PM.
