FHS Speech Begins Season!

Prior Lake, Minn. – Farmington Speech Team had their first meet of the season on Saturday, February 1. Over half the team is novice competitors and excited to see the team growing. FHS had seven students competing in five different categories including Informative Speaking, Prose Reading, Original Oratory, Humorous Interpretation, and Extemporaneous Reading.

Senior Charlotte Barnett took home 6^th in the Next In final round, ranking 13^th overall in Extemporaneous Reading with over 60 competitors in the category on Saturday.

UP NEXT
Tigers will be competing on Saturday, February 8^th at Rochester John Marshall and our home meet will be at FHS on February 15^th.
