Tiger Tennis Faces Strong Competition at Hill-Murray

MAPLEWOOD, Minn - Farmington traveled to Hill-Murray on Friday, April 26, where the Tigers battled through a tough match against a talented Hill-Murray team. Despite the 7-0 final score in favor of Hill-Murray, the Tigers showed tremendous grit and perseverance across all courts.

In singles action, Spencer Corrigan (10), Aiden Harer (11), Judah Hanes (7), and Parker Swanson (9) fought hard in their matchups. Corrigan pushed his opponent to three sets, showing resilience and competitive spirit before narrowly falling 10-8 in the deciding set. Harer, Hanes, and Swanson each displayed strong rallies and determination throughout their matches.

On the doubles side, Farmington's teams continued to compete fiercely. Josh Stoneburg (12) and Riley Watson (10) forced a third set in the #1 doubles match, ultimately coming up just short in a close 10-4 tiebreaker. Noah Batterman (11) and Ben Monson (11) also delivered a strong performance, battling through tight sets at #3 doubles.

The Tigers continue to build experience and confidence as they move through the season. Their effort, attitude, and sportsmanship were clear throughout the match.
