FARMINGTON, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers girls tennis team faced off against a strong Lakeville North squad on Tuesday night, falling 7-0 in a South Suburban Conference matchup at Farmington High School.
RECAP
Lakeville North swept all four singles and three doubles matches in straight sets. The Tigers showed resilience throughout the lineup but were ultimately outpaced by the visiting Panthers. Farmington's closest contests came in doubles play, where the No. 1 and No. 2 teams kept pressure on their opponents with competitive games in both sets.
The match served as another opportunity for the Tigers to gain experience against one of the conference's top teams as they continue building early in the season.
