BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- The Farmington Dance Team Varsity squad competed at Bloomington Kennedy for the 1AAA Sections. Delivering their strongest performances of the year when it mattered most. The Tigers placed fifth in kick and fifth in jazz, marking only the second time in program history the team has earned a fifth-place finish in jazz at Sections.

The routines earned the team their highest scores of the season, a testament to the athletes' hard work, resilience, and growth throughout the year. The performances reflected the team's dedication and commitment to finishing the season strong.

Head Coach Maddie Kern shared,

"I couldn't be more proud of this team. They saved their best performances for the end of the season and truly rose to the moment. The growth, grit, and heart they showed all year led to these results, and I'm so grateful for our seniors and the leadership they provided. This group set the bar high, and I'm incredibly excited for what's to come for our program."
