Madi Salisbury

Madi is entering her seventh year at Farmington and her 17th year coaching overall. Madi's dance career started in kindergarten and continued through high school as a member of the Northfield Hiliners from 2001-2005.

As a Hiliner, Madi was a captain, and earned all conference and all state honors. She also competed in the State Tournament in Class AA three times earning a State Championship in 2004 and a Third Place title in 2005 both in the High Kick division. Madi has served various roles for multiple teams across the state of Minnesota.

Throughout her career Madi has coached in 8 state tournaments in two different classes. Three of those state trips ended in hardware including a Third Place finish, Runner Up and State Championship. Additionally Madi was named Head Coach of the Year in 2013.

When not coaching dance, Madi works at St. Olaf College. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Dereck and two children Boede, and Aspyn.  "As a staff we focus on small moments of impact to reach our overall team and individual goals. We all play key roles that utilize our individual strengths so we can lead the Tigers collaboratively."
