Owatonna, Minn. - The #9 ranked Farmington Boys Lacrosse (4-0, 0-0 SSC) program edged a gritty 0-3 Owatonna Huskies team on Monday night in Owatonna. The Tigers earned a 10-6 victory on the road to remain unbeaten.
Farmington built a 2-0 lead at the end of the first quarter before the Huskies stormed back in the second to earn a 4-3 lead at the half.
A tough defensive effort from the Tigers in the second half, and a big, four-goal fourth quarter, gave Farmington the edge they needed to earn the 10-6 victory.
The Tigers were lead offensively by
Tate Rusnacko and
Henry Ulrick who scored three goals each.
Luke Coolidge scored two goals of his own and
Tommy Lund and
Jack Rosa scored one goal each.
