Prior Lake, Minn. -- In the final SSC meet of the season, the Farmington Tigers showcased their strength against the Prior Lake Lakers, securing a decisive victory with a final score of 142.775 to 138.725. The victory marked a notable achievement for the Tigers as they concluded the SSC portion of their season as conference runner-up, with only one loss.
Emerson Marken emerged as a standout performer, clinching the top spot in the All-Around category with an impressive score of 36.425. Marken displayed remarkable consistency across all disciplines, particularly excelling in the vault with a commanding performance earning her a score of 9.400.
The Tigers dominated the bars event, with both first and second place secured by their gymnasts. Marken continued her stellar performance, claiming the top spot with a score of 9.050, while Emma Oden showcased her skill with a score of 9.025, securing second place.
Emma Oden further contributed to Farmington's success by delivering a nice performance on the beam, earning her a score of 9.200.
In the floor exercise, the Tigers continued to shine, with Macyn Hins and Bella Richardson securing second and third place, respectively. Hins earned a score of 9.450, while Richardson scored a 9.300.
