FARMINGTON, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers put up a strong effort but came up short against the Apple Valley/Eastview gymnastics team, falling 136.350 to 134.625 in a South Suburban Conference dual meet on Tuesday night at the Tiger Legacy and Learning Center.

Farmington was led by stellar performances from Alana and Allie Oden, who dominated in multiple events. Alana Oden earned top team scores on vault (9.175), beam (9.300), and floor (9.200) to finish with an all-around score of 34.950. Allie Oden added a strong all-around score of 33.650, highlighted by a 9.150 on vault and 9.150 on floor.
The Tigers excelled on vault and floor, scoring 35.325 and 36.125, respectively, but were edged out on bars and beam. Kamryn Schmucker stood out on beam with a 9.150, while Sophie Bellefeuille delivered a team-high 7.625 on bars.
TOP TIGERS
Despite the loss, the Tigers showed depth and resilience, continuing to build momentum as they approach the final stretch of the regular season.

Farmington travels to Lakeville North High School for a South Suburban Conference dual meet on Tuesday, January 21. The competition begins at 6:00 pm.
