ROSEMOUNT, Minn. – The Farmington Dance Team delivered a strong performance on Saturday at the Rosemount Invitational, debuting their kick routines and earning top placements across all levels in both jazz and kick categories. The Tigers showcased energy, precision, and team unity throughout the day, walking away with five podium finishes.

Farmington's Varsity and JV Kick teams made a dominant season debut, both securing 1st place in their respective divisions. It marked a statement start to the kick portion of the season for the Tigers, who performed with sharp execution and visual impact.
In jazz, Varsity took 3rd place in a competitive field, while the JV Jazz squad earned 2nd. B Squad Jazz also claimed 2nd place, continuing a trend of consistency and growth across all levels of the program.
The meet offered a rewarding day of performances, energy, and team spirit, as Farmington continues to build momentum moving into the heart of the competition season.
Senior captain Ally Roberts reflected on the day, saying, "Saturday was so much fun getting to debut our kick routine and competing jazz again! Our first place finish for kick was a very good way to start our season and got me so excited for what is to come. Stepping onto the floor was the most amazing feeling, finally being able to be putting it all out there with my best friends again. We really proved that all of our hard work in practices really paid off on the floor."
