LAKEVILLE, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers girls swimming and diving team put together a strong team performance at the annual Lakeville Relays on Saturday, finishing with 96 points in a competitive field of nine teams. The meet, hosted at the Blanchard Aquatic Center, featured a series of non-traditional relay events, with Farmington athletes placing in the top five in multiple races.

Farmington's divers opened the meet with a fourth-place finish in the 1-meter diving relay, scoring 404.95 points for the Tigers' first podium result of the day.
In the 3x100-yard medley relay, the trio of Taylor Gergen, Alyssa Bower, and Parker Risch claimed third place with a time of 3:17.57, earning 16 team points. Gergen also anchored the Tigers' final event of the day—the 400-yard freestyle relay—where she joined Mikaela Udell, Alyssa Bower, and Micaela Cardoza for a third-place finish in 3:50.55.
Farmington also earned a top-three placement in the unique 850-yard crescendo freestyle relay. Parker Risch, Micaela Cardoza, Mikaela Udell, and Alyssa Bower posted a time of 8:59.87, finishing third by just 0.11 seconds over Lakeville North.
