Boys Basketball Beats Blaze; Hrncir Scores 1,000th Point

Boys Basketball traveled to Burnsville High School on Monday, January 31. Farmington (11-6, 7-2 SSC) beat Burnsville (2-14, 1-9 SSC) 112-47.

The win keeps the Tigers tied for second place in the SSC with two other 7-2 teams (Eastview and Lakeville North). Shakopee (9-1) holds the first place spot in the SSC. The Sabers' only loss came at the hands of Farmington on January 17, 2022 when the Tigers beat Shakopee 74-73 at home. 

Farmington led Monday night's game 58-27 at the half before adding another 54 second-half points en route to the big victory. Kyle Hrncir earned 25 points on the night and became a 1,000 point scorer for the Tigers.

Sam Hoffman had 21 points, Brendan Ebel had 16, Baiden Bean and Noah Halverson had 13 each, and Justin Baffour had 8.
