It was a back-and-forth battle in the first set as Farmington looked to avenge last year's five set defeat at Faribault. Getting to host this season, the Tigers notched the first set in front of the home faithful 25-17.

Faribault scored the first two points of set number two, but
Julia Gordon helped lead the way to push the Tigers out in front 13-11 halfway through. Despite the midway lead, some powerful kills from the Falcons ultimately helped them close out the second set 25-22, to even up the match.

Farmington looked to bounce back in set three, jumping out to a 15-12 advantage and capped off a 25-21 set victory thanks to a late surge of points. They led the match 2-1.

Farmington got their revenge.
Taylor Hagedorn and company took out the visitors in four sets this go around after a dominating 25-10 performance to finish the evening. The Tigers nab their first win of the year.
Becca Woody tallied 21 digs, 12 kills, and 4 2 aces. Julia Gordan notched 23 kills. Alexis West had 13 digs and 2 aces.
