Hopkins, Minn. -- Farmington and Cretin-Derham Hall battled in a back-and-forth game that would see the Tigers trail by as much as 11 in the second half.
CDH would take control of the game early building a 7-point lead out of the gate. Despite the Tigers' slow start, they would rally to earn a 10-point lead midway through the half. The Raiders responded to claim a 29-28 lead into the break.
The second half would look similar to the first as an energized Raiders team earned a commanding 11-point lead. It was the Tigers, however, who would outscore CDH in the half 46-33 en route to their 74-62 win.
Farmington finished the game shooting 51% from the field that included 34 points in the paint. Cretin-Derham hall shot just 39.1% from the field but scored 22 points on Tiger turnovers.
Brandon Hrncir lead the team with 17 points,
Ryan Beckwith scored 13 while
Cole Wilcek,
Liam Roche, and
Jonah Ask added 8 points each.
