Farmington, Minn. -- The Farmington Tigers (6-0, 1-0 SSC) improved to 6-0 to start the season with a dominant win over Lakeville South to open up South Suburban play, 87-47.
It was their season high for points scored and season low for points allowed. The Tigers have scored more than 80 points already for the third time this season.
The Tigers immediately jumped out to a large lead in the first half and refused to relinquish it. The Tigers flexed their depth the entire 36 minutes with four different scorers in double figures and eight different players with a basket.
Brandon Hrncir came in averaging over 22 points per game; he had a game high 25 in tonight's victory including two ferocious transition dunks.
Tyler Beckwith had 12,
Ryan Beckwith had 14,
Cole Wilcek had all 13 of his points come in the first half, including a pair of triples.
Nik Domier added eight points.
It was the Tigers most dominant victory of the season as they continue to put the state on notice.
