Tigers Basketball Loses Another Heartbreaker

It was the game of the year in Farmington tonight as it came all the way down to the final buzzer against #4 Eastview. The Tigers unfortunately lost another heartbreaker 76-75.
 
The Tigers could not miss in the first half as they led by as many as 15, but fumbled around in the last two minutes and wound up taking a 40-32 advantage into the locker room. Bean had 18 points at the break.
 
The Tigers continued their strong play all the way down to the final minute of regulation. The Tigers led by one with 30 seconds remaining and one free throw coming from Eastview. They miss, get the offensive board, but then turn it over.
 
Farmington gets the inbound in, but turns it over in the back court, then fouls, leading to the eventual game – winning free throws. The Tigers had seven seconds and a timeout left, but opted not to use it as their three at the buzzer came up short. 76-75 final as Eastview escapes again.

Baiden Bean was the scoring leader for the Tigers with 24 points on the night. Brandon Hrncir contributed 19 and Tyler Beckwith scored 15.
