Spring athletics registration opened on Monday, February 13, 2023.

The registration page includes information regarding registration instructions, fees and refund information, projected calendars, exceptional athlete procedures, as well as activity and athletic offerings at FHS.

If you receive an error stating your child's STUDENT ID is incorrect, that means that your child does not have a current sports physical on file with the school.

Sports physicals can be emailed to Sue Hurtgen (shurtgen@farmington.k12.mn.us), faxed to the High School (651-252-2520), or dropped off in the 2nd floor Main Office at Farmington High School.

Student managers should sign up as a Spring Manager - 2022-23. There is no fee or physical requirement for managers.

Important Reminders:

In order to be fully eligible for practice on the first day of the season, a student must have:

1. A current sports qualifying physical on file with the athletic office (the sports physical must be good through the entire sport season);
2. Completed the online registration through RevTrak; and,
3. Paid the athletic fees.

Please note: registration closes the Friday before the activity or sport begins. Specific dates can be found on the 2022-23 Activity Calendar. Don't forget to register before the activity closes!
