Farmington boys basketball entered Tuesday's game at FHS looking to get back on track after an unexpected 5-game losing streak. Those 5 games included 3 loses by just one point, 1 loss by three points, and a six-point loss to Shakopee.
Farmington (10-8, 4-6 SSC) hosted the Burnsville Blaze (8-10, 3-8 SSC). The Tigers won the contest 80-65 the first time the two teams met back on January 6.
The Tigers worked their way around the Blaze's 2-3 zone earning a 36-17 halftime lead en route to their 76-61 victory.
The Tigers utilized scoring all throughout their lineup with eight different players entering the box score. The Tigers also dominated the offensive glass to help their blowout victory.
Baiden Bean led the way in scoring with 20 points,
Tyler Beckwith netted 15,
Brandon Hrncir added 13, and
Nik Domier scored 10 to go along with his incredible six offensive rebounds.
The Tigers only trailed once the entire game and swept the season series with the Blaze.
