Tigers Drop Roller Coaster of a Match to Lakers.

Farmington, MN- The Tigers held their own in set one against the Lakers. The Lakers established a 3-point lead after teams tied at 10-10 and held on. Prior Lake won set one 25-19.

After losing a close one the Tigers looked defeated dropping the first three points of set two. With a run of their own Farmington tied the set at 7 apiece. With a Tiger missed serve and a few points going in favor of the Lakers, Farmington used their first timeout of set two down 8-11. The next point went Farmington's way, but the next four did not, as Prior Lake took a 5 point lead. Farmington, stuck at 12 points for what seemed like an eternity, lost set two 15-25. 

The Tigers were able to persevere in set three tying Prior Lake 10 times up until 18-18. Farmington with a two point run to take a lead of 20-18 forcing the Lakers to take their first timeout of the match. Prior Lake, taking another timeout down 24-21, was not enough to hold back a Tigers victory in set three 25-21.

With what looked like all the momentum in the home gym, Farmington could not side-out in set four until Prior Lake took an 8-0 lead. The Tigers took their first timeout of set four trailing 2-13. Lakers take set three 25-12.

Sabrina Caven and Rebecca Woody led the Tigers with 9 kills apiece, while Jada Henrikson collected 5. Maddy Dombeck with 30 set assists. 

Final Score - Prior Lake defeats Farmington; 25-19, 25-15, 21-25 and 25-12.
