Farmington, Minn. -- The Farmington Tigers gymnastics team faced off against the Lakeville South Cougars on Tuesday night at the TLLC, ultimately falling short with a final score of 142.250 to Lakeville South's 145.925. Both teams continue to demonstrate their skill throughout the season, solidifying their positions as the top two teams in the SSC.
Emerson Marken of Farmington High School exhibited a strong all-around performance, earning a total score of 35.600.
Aubrey Baker, another key gymnast for Farmington, contributed with scores of 8.700 on the vault, 8.500 on beam, and 9.125 on floor, accumulating a total of 26.300 points. Bella Richardson showcased her skills on the vault, bars, and floor, earning a total of 26.300 points.
Emerson Marken delivered a noteworthy performance on the bars, securing a score of 9.250. Emma Oden contributed significantly on the bars, receiving a score of 9.250.
In the floor exercise, Macyn Hins displayed exceptional skill, earning a score of 9.450. Bella Richardson also shone on the floor, matching Hins with a score of 9.450.
