Hastings, Minn. -- In a commanding performance at the Hastings Holiday Girls Basketball Tournament over winter break on December 28 and 29, the Farmington Tigers emerged victorious, securing a flawless 2-0 record.
In the opening game, Farmington faced Irondale and dominated with a resounding 68-23 victory. The Tigers showcased a balanced offensive attack and stifling defense, limiting Irondale's scoring opportunities.
The Farmington players exhibited remarkable performances, with notable contributions from Ashley Harrison and Gianna Carpentier, both tallying 15 points each. Carly Olson added 8 points, while Maggie Griffin and Bailey Garrahy chipped in with 11 and 6 points, respectively.
