FARMINGTON, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers hosted Prior Lake on Monday, September 30th. Set one the Tigers came out firing on all cylinders, establishing an 18-8 lead with Prior Lake unable to answer. After a Laker timeout, they were able to string together a run of their own closing the gap but falling short 19-25. 

The Lakers brought all the momentum into set two creating an early 8-2 lead forcing a Tiger timeout. The Tigers were not fortunate enough to make the run the Lakers did in set one, falling in set two 11-25. 

With a tied match at one a piece it was a battle from then on out. Prior Lake made a run in set three after it was 14-14 winning 25-19. In similar fashion, the Tigers battled early but lost momentum in set four dropping 20-25 and the match 1-3. 

Final Score - Prior Lake defeats Farmington 3-1 (19-25, 11-25, 19-25, 20-25) .

Record - Farmington 10-10, Prior Lake 12-7.
