Farmington, Minn. -- It was one of the better performances of the season for the Lady Tigers, but they ultimately fell to Eastview 76-59. The Tigers held two different leads of seven and eight points in the back-and-forth battle, but the Lightning utilized a strong closing stretch to finish things out.
The Tigers trailed 31-29 at halftime and jumped out to that eight-point lead early in the second.
Carly Olson has been on fire of late and earned a promotion into the starting lineup, she immediately paid dividends, scoring a team-high 12 points.
However, the Tigers are now 0-12 in South Suburban play and remain winless on their home floor. The Tigers were called for 13 fouls in the first half as opposed to only three on Eastview and Farmington lost
Gianna Carpentier to fouling out which helped seal the defeat.
