Farmington, Minn. -- The stage is set for an intense showdown at the Mayo Civic Auditorium in Rochester as the #2 seeded Farmington Tigers prepare to face off against the #1 seeded Lakeville North Panthers in the boys Section 1AAAA finals. With both teams holding a victory over the other during the regular season, anticipation is high for this matchup.
The Tigers claimed a decisive victory over the Panthers on January 2nd with a final score of 77-67 in a game hosted at Lakeville North's home court. However, the Panthers retaliated on February 17th, narrowly edging out the Tigers with a score of 74-67 in a game held at Farmington High School.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Friday, March 15th.
Ticket sales for this event have undergone a significant change this year, with tickets available for purchase online via the www.mayociviccenter.com website. Advance sales will be online only beginning at 8:00 am on Friday, March 15, with a service fee applicable.
Walk-up ticket sales will only available on the night of the game. Admission prices are set at $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. As there are no reserved seats, spectators are encouraged to arrive early, as games will commence promptly, and all seating is general admission.
