EAGAN, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers girls volleyball team struggled against the Eagan Wildcats on Thursday night, falling 3-0 (12-25, 19-25, 15-25) in a South Suburban Conference matchup. With the loss, the Tigers dropped to 1-4 in SSC play.

The Wildcats took control of the match from the start, winning the first set 25-12. Farmington improved in the second set, battling to a closer 25-19 score, but Eagan's consistent serve receive and hitting efficiency proved too much for the Tigers to handle. The final set ended 25-15 in favor of the Wildcats, sealing the 3-0 victory.
Farmington's hitting percentage was -0.009, while Eagan hit at a rate of 0.146. The Tigers struggled with errors throughout the match, committing 48 compared to Eagan's 19. Defensively, Farmington put up 48 digs, led by solid efforts from players such as Lexi West and Taylor Hagedorn. The Tigers were unable to generate momentum from the service line, finishing without an ace, while Eagan recorded eight.
