FARMINGTON, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers picked up a signature victory on Tuesday night, defeating the #6 ranked Prior Lake Lakers 80-75 at home. The win lifts the Tigers to 13-12 overall and 8-9 in the South Suburban Conference, setting the stage for an exciting regular-season finale.

Prior Lake built a 10-point lead midway through the first half, but Farmington clawed back, trimming the deficit to just four points at halftime (33-29).
The Tigers stayed within reach until the eight-minute mark, when Marshall Gordon ignited a game-changing run. Gordon buried a 30-foot three-pointer, then blocked a shot on defense before sinking another deep three to tie the game. On the next possession, Gordon drove and found Ryan Beckwith, who drilled a go-ahead three-pointer, giving Farmington a 62-59 lead they would not relinquish.
Beckwith led the Tigers with 24 points, while Gordon and Nik Domier added 16 apiece. Briggs Sheridan chipped in seven points, and Tommy Schabert provided key contributions with nine points.
