FARMINGTON, Minn. -- The 2025 Section 1 Class AAAA Boys Basketball Tournament is set to kick off, with Farmington High School earning the No. 4 seed. The Tigers are set to host the No. 5 seeded Rochester Mayo Spartans on Wednesday, March 5 at FHS.
Seeding and Schedule
The final seedings for the tournament are as follows:
- Rochester John Marshall
- Lakeville North
- Lakeville South
- Farmington
- Rochester Mayo
- Owatonna
- Rochester Century
- New Prague
The Tigers' first game will be on Wednesday, March 5 at 7:00 pm. Doors open for spectators at 6:15 pm.

Tickets will be sold electronically only and can be purchased via the Farmington Ticket Box or at the door. There will be no cash sales.
All section games have a $10 ticket price for adults and a $6 ticket price for students. SSC passes and FHS athletic passes will not be accepted. Only valid Region 1AA passes will grant admission.
