Boys Hockey traveled to Lakeville's Ames Arena on Tuesday, January 18 for a SSC match-up with the Lakeville North Panthers.
Farmington lost the game 2-0.Â
Despite the loss, Senior netminder,
Brody Schindeldecker, played an outstanding game in net for the Tigers. The Panthers out-shot the Tigers 37-6 on the night and Schindeldecker stopped 35/36 shots he faced. The Panthers' second goal was an empty net goal at 16:15 in the third period as Farmington tried to find the game-tying goal.
Lakeville's only goal came by way of Wyatt Albrecht early in the second period.
Farmington is now 3-9 on the season; 1-5 in the SSC. The Tigers travel to Prior Lake on Thursday, January 20. The Lakers beat the Tigers 5-0 at Schmitz-Maki on December 7.
