AUSTIN, Minn. – On a snowy night near the Southern Minnesota border, the Farmington Tigers boys hockey team stayed hot with a convincing 6-0 non-conference road win over Austin on Tuesday. The shutout victory improves the Tigers to 4-0 overall and 1-0 in South Suburban Conference play.

Farmington took control early and never let up, scoring in all three periods while dominating puck possession allowing just 20 shots on goal. The Tigers used their speed and depth to create chances throughout the night and executed on both ends of the ice.
Will Harris opened the scoring for Farmington in the first, setting the tone for a balanced offensive performance. Jackson Donahue scored twice, including one assisted by Joe Hambrecht, while Drake Anderson, Leyton Grant, and Tanner Gylling each added goals to round out the six-goal effort.
Chris Bade turned away all 20 shots he faced to earn the shutout in net.
