FARMINGTON, Minn. – The MSHSL Section 1 Class AA Boys Hockey Tournament bracket has been released, and the Farmington Tigers have earned the No. 1 overall seed heading into postseason play.
The Tigers enter the tournament at the top of a competitive eight-team field and will open section play on home ice.
The official Section 1AA seeds are as follows:
- Farmington
- Lakeville South
- Lakeville North
- New Prague
- Owatonna
- Rochester Century/John Marshall
- Rochester Mayo
- Austin
As the top seed, Farmington will host No. 8 seed Austin in the quarterfinal round on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Schmitz-Maki Arena.

All section tournament games are $10 for adults and $6 for students. South Suburban Conference passes will not be accepted. Only valid Region 1AA passes will grant admission.
