Boys Hockey traveled to Prior Lake on Thursday, January 20 to battle the Prior Lake Lakers at the Dakotah! Ice Center.
In a high-scoring game, the Tigers lost 8-5.
Farmington and Prior Lake traded blows in the first period each netting three goals. Farmington's
Ryan Holmstrom,
Kyler Schwamb and
Hayden Sanborn each scored in the period.
Once again, period two would end tied after both the Tigers and Lakers scored one goal each. The lone second period goal for the Tigers was scored by
Jake Beton.
Prior Lake would score four times in the final period while Farmington could only find the back of the net once.
Ryan Holmstrom earned the third period goal for FHS.
