Boys Hockey hosted Eagan on Saturday, January 29. The Tigers beat the Wildcats in dramatic fashion, winning 3-2 in overtime.
Farmington's
Jake Beton beat the Wildcat's goalie in the first period to give the Tigers the 1-0 lead. He was assisted by
Avery Bahn and
Tyler Conway.
In the second period,
Tyler Conway scored the Tigers' second goal to give Farmington the 2-0 lead.Â
Eagan would battle back scoring second period and third period goals to knot the game and force overtime.
Dominic Vogel would end the game scoring an even-strength goal from
Jared Martin and
Ryan Holmstrom to give the Tigers the win.
