Girls Soccer hosted Rochester Mayo in the opening round of the Section 1 AAA Girls Soccer Tournament on Tuesday, October 11. The #3 seeded Tigers made quick work of the #6 seeded Rochester Mayo Spartans winning the game 2-0.

Emma Schabert found the back of the net just 4 minutes into the game when her shot on net bounced through the hands of the Spartan keeper for the game's first goal.

Schabert would net her second goal of the night in the second half when the Tigers converted a 2 on 1 to extend their lead to 2-0.

Farmington was able to fend off some late game pressure from Mayo to win the game and advance to the Section 1 AAA semifinal game.
