APPLE VALLEY, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers girls soccer team earned a 1-1 draw on the road against the Eastview Lightning on Monday night at Eastview High School. The result keeps the Tigers unbeaten in South Suburban Conference play as they prepare for a quick turnaround later this week.
RECAP
After a scoreless opening stretch, the Tigers found the net midway through the first half when Sammie Seehusen scored off an assist from Olivia Erath to give Farmington a 1-0 lead. Eastview responded shortly after, leveling the match at 1-1 heading into halftime. Despite both teams creating chances in the second half, neither side broke the deadlock.
Farmington's defense held firm in the closing minutes, preserving the draw and continuing the Tigers' strong start to the season.
