Farmington Boys Hockey rebounded quickly after a season opening loss at Park of Cottage Grove with a first period goal against Prior Lake.
The goal, however, was not enough to earn the Tigers their season's first win as they fell to the Lakers 4-1.
Jacob Miller found the back of the net courtesy of
Evrett Bennett and
Charlie Pire to earn the lead early. Farmington would lead 1-0 after the first period.
Prior Lake would rally to score three unanswered goals in the second to build a 3-1 lead at the break.
In the third, Farmington allowed just one goal, however, could not muster any offense and lost the game 4-1.
