Boys Hockey traveled to South St. Paul's Doug Woog Arena December 29 - 31.
In game one the Tigers squared off with Hopkins. In the first period,
Charlie Pire would net the only goal to give the Tigers the lead at the first break.
Farmington came out of the locker room a bit sluggish allowing three unanswered goals from the Royals to fall behind 3-1.
Matthew Allard and
Brock Harvey would net even strength goals before the period's time expired to knot the game at 3 after two periods.
After the second intermission, it was Hopkins who came out sluggish as Farmington score two unanswered. As Farmington did in period two, Hopkins climbed back in with two goals of their own to send the game to overtime with a 5-5 score.
Hopkins' Brady Landschoot would get tagged for hooking at 5:49 in the OT period and send the Tigers on the power play.
Luke Coolidge found the back of the net to give Farmington the 6-5 OT victory.

In game number two, the Tigers faced a very tough Hastings team. Farmington played the Raiders well only losing the game 2-0.Â
The game's only goals came in the second period as Hastings scored two quick back-to-back goals. Farmington could not manage to score despite four power play opportunities.

In the third place game, Farmington would storm past St. Paul Highland Park 5-0 to earn the win. In period number one,
Jacob Miller and
Matthew Allard scored goals. In period number two,
Cade Fitzloff and
Luke Coolidge would score.
Kyler Schwamb would add a goal of his own in the third period to wrap up the game 5-0.
