It was a thriller of a contest in Farmington between the Tigers and the Eastview Lightning.

The Tigers surrendered the first goal of the evening and trailed 1-0 heading into the second period. MaKenna Kaderlik then took over with two goals to propel the Tigers in front.
Alexa Bricko and
Abby Gehrke both assisted on the first then Kaderlik took care of her second unassisted. The Tigers took their first lead into the second intermission, 2-1.

The third period was crazy. The Lightning equalized and then retook the lead a moment later for two goals scored in less than a minute to lead once more, 3-2. However, the Tigers would go on the powerplay moments later and knot things up at three with a goal from Bricko.

The Tigers were forced to kill off a penalty in the final two minutes of regulation and the contest headed into overtime. The game looked destined for a draw, but the Lightning struck one last time with the winning goal with less than 90 seconds left in the contest. Eastview won 4-3 in overtime.
