Farmington, Minn. -- The Tigers fell at home Tuesday night on the ice at the hands of Prior Lake, 4-1.
The Tigers were heavily outshot all night and had trouble with penalties. After trailing 2-0 after the first period, the Tigers got on the board with a power play goal from
Evrett Bennett assisted on by
Jacob Miller.
The Lakers scored two goals in each of the first two periods, two of which were on the power play, as they coasted to the wire-to-wire victory. The Tigers fall to 0-2 to open up the young season.
