Girls Hockey hosted the Hastings Raiders on Tuesday, January 31 at Schmitz-Maki. Farmington won the game 3-1 to kick off a three-game home stretch to wrap up the regular season.
After a scoreless first period, Farmington's
Makenna Kadrlik got things started when she netted an even strength goal assisted by
Abby Gehrke. The period would end with Farmington in the lead 1-0.
Hastings would respond to tie things up as the final frame began.Â
Makenna Kadrlik, however, had other plans as she found the back of the net twice more in the third period en route to a hat trick and the team win.
Addison Moudry played well in net stopping 13 of 14 shots she faced.
