Sioux Falls, South Dakota - The Farmington boys and girls cross country programs headed West to compete in the Heartland Preview presented by Nike held at Sioux Falls' Yankton Park.

The Farmington girls team placed 7th out of 18 competing teams.

Lauren Lansing and Sophia Venning finished in the top 30. Lansing crossed the finish line with a time of 19:28 earning a 21st place finish. Venning was 24th with a time of 19:32.
