Northfield, Minn. - The Farmington High School boys and girls cross country teams traveled to St. Olaf College in Northfield on Thursday, August 31 to compete in the St. Olaf Showcase meet. The meet highlights some of the state's most talented individuals and teams.

The Farmington girls team finished 5th out of 22 participating teams. Both Sophia Venning and Mackenzy Lippold earned top-30 finishes with impressive runs.

The Farmington boys team also had an impressive day finishing 9th out of 25 teams. Seniors Mason Sullivan and Andrew Crisp earned top-30 finishes for the Tigers. Sullivan's time was 16:52.9.
