Farmington, Minn. -- In a wrestling showdown at Farmington High School on Friday, January 12, the Farmington Tigers hosted both the Eastview Lightning and the STMA Knights. Unfortunately, the Tigers were without
Cole Han-Lindemyer, who was sidelined due to injury.
The dual meet started with Eastview, and Aryan Karimnejad secured a victory over Bradley Green with a fall in 3 minutes and 35 seconds, putting Eastview ahead 6-0. However, Farmington quickly bounced back, with
Tyler Chenevert dominating Kayan Karimnejad with a 17-2 technical fall, earning the Tigers 5 points. Farmington continued to dominate the match, winning key weight classes. Notable performances included
Blake Han-Lindemyer's fall over Todd Ostler in 2 minutes and 25 seconds and
Davis Parrow's quick victory over Marcus McKinley in 1 minute and 25 seconds. Farmington's
