Apple Valley, Minn. -- In a Friday night matchup at the Apple Valley Sports Arena, the Farmington Tigers secured a convincing 4-1 victory over the Apple Valley Eagles in girls hockey.

In the second period, Farmington took control as #15 Jenna Goblirsch netted a goal at 4:14, assisted by #12 Norah Kratz and #11 Shelby Mahowald.
